About

Anton is a technical architect with over 20 years of experience in enterprise IT. He has built and shipped production systems for Fortune 1000 companies across industries — healthcare, finance, logistics, and SaaS — from initial concept through to deployment and long-term operation. He understands how large-scale software fails and what it takes to prevent it.

At OneChair, Anton created OneSpark: the proprietary AI orchestration system that coordinates 85+ specialized agents to build software in parallel. OneSpark is not a single AI writing code — it is an architecture of agents with defined responsibilities, enforced quality gates, and structured handoffs between systems. The result is enterprise-grade output delivered at a fraction of the traditional timeline.

Every OneChair project reflects Anton's engineering standards: typed code, automated testing at unit and integration levels, security scanning against OWASP benchmarks, complete technical documentation generated in parallel with the build, and compliance configurations for regulated industries including HIPAA and SOC 2. These are not optional — they are the default on every project.

On this blog, Anton writes about AI orchestration, system architecture, the technical realities behind rapid software delivery, and what it means to build software that is genuinely maintainable after it ships. His goal is to make the technical side of AI-first development legible to technical and non-technical readers alike.

How 85+ AI Agents Build Your Software in Parallel

A technical walkthrough of how OneSpark orchestrates dozens of specialized agents simultaneously — from architecture agents to test writers to documentation generators — and how the coordination layer keeps output coherent and quality-gated throughout the build.

We Built a HIPAA-Compliant Platform in 27 Hours

A technical post-mortem on WellChild: how a 116-screen HIPAA-compliant pediatric healthcare platform was built in 27 working hours, what compliance constraints that actually involves, and what the architecture looks like under the hood.

Vibe Coding vs Professional Development: Why Your MVP Will Break

Vibe coding tools lower the barrier to building something that looks like a product. This article examines the gap between what gets generated and what is actually production-ready — and why the cost of fixing that gap usually exceeds the cost of building it properly from the start.
